A highly respected law firm in Kansas City is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join its growing team and manage the daily accounting functions of the firm, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing.

Extensive experience with QuickBooks is preferred

Responsibilities include:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process cash applications
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Generate daily and weekly reports
• Assist with month-end closing procedures

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with AP and AR
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Ability to think quickly, multitask, and manage multiple deadlines
