A distinguished law firm known for its unwavering commitment to excellence and client advocacy is seeking a part-time bookkeeper and office manager. We have provided advice, counseling, and representation in complex commercial and corporate transactions from small business transactions to over $2 billion dollar transactions. We represent auto dealers, medical and dental practices, and clients in shareholder disputes.
Job Duties:
Maintain QuickBooks Online including performance of monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Perform invoicing and billing for our firm
Prepare monthly financial statements for analysis by the partners of the firm
Work closely with our Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in order to provide information necessary to prepare income tax returns
Communicate with clients both verbally and in writing
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge of cash and accrual accounting
3 years of bookkeeping experience
Experience with accounting for trust accounts (preferred, but not required)
Strong communication skills (English language proficient) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
