Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Full or Part-Time Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the management to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial data to support our operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-40 a week. The range in hours is due to what other job duties the right candidates wants to do within the company. We are a growing company and looking for the right candidate to grow with us.
Responsibilities Job Summary
Maintains the company's financial records.
Bill and track customer billing
General Accountabilities
Checks figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
Debits, credits, and totals accounts.
Receives, records, and banks cash, checks and vouchers.
Complies with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Enter financial data and transactions
Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
Prepare trial balance
Analyze budgets and other financial information
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Complete required tax forms
Support annual tax preparation by working with external CPA
Support integration with external CRM and integration into QuickBooks

Qualifications
Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
QuickBooks experience
Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
