We support local small businesses with accounting and booking, tax preparation for individuals and companies, and business consulting. I promise it is never dull! You will have your own clients that you can get to know and help their businesses thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Monthly reconciliation of multiple client books
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bookkeeping
• Understanding of income tax preparations
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
