Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerks (775421)/Part-Time

Pay rate : $17.00 per hour

Temp ( 3 months+)

Job Location : 2601 Blair Stone Rd, Tallahassee, Fl 32399

Hours: Mon- Fri 8-5 (16 hours a week)

Job Description

Computer Software used : OnBase, Versa, Outlook and Excel, Computer, copier, calculator

Knowledge : Highschool or GED, basic accounting skills, knowledge of GAAP is a plus, mathematic skills, ability to take direction, computer skills, ability to work independently, ability to think critically, previous auditing experience

Mandatory skills : Basic accounting skills, no certifications are required.

Skills : Knowledge of GAAP and previous auditing experience

Duties : CLP will be auditing financial documents and performing accounting calculations to determine the financial stability of companies. CLP will be utilizing computer programs to find the documents, perform calculations, and entering the required information into a reporting form. CLP will not have to work outside of the office or contact the public.

BG checks: Standard BG and Statewide Criminal Search past 7 years.
