Bookkeeping Plus is now hiring experienced bookkeepers!

Do you enjoy variety? Our clients include nonprofits, businesses, schools, and government agencies around Indiana and beyond. The work is diverse, interesting, and challenging.

Bookkeeping Plus, Inc. has a 35-year history of growth and success. We have 25 employees , many of whom have been with us for 10-15 years. We are not a CPA firm and we do not do income tax work.

Our commitment to excellence has helped make us one of the largest non-CPA accounting firms in the area. Our services are more in demand than ever.

DUTIES

Full-Cycle Bookkeeping for a variety of clients

• Deposits and Accounts Receivable
• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
• General Ledger
• Financial Statements and Reports
• Bills and Accounts Payable
• Write Checks
• Form 1099s (year-end)

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Accounting classes beyond high school (or equivalent experience)

Must-have Experience:

• Five years in a full-cycle bookkeeping position

Nice-to-have Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Accrual basis
• QuickBooks
