    Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks, possess strong accounting knowledge, and have excellent data entry skills. This role will support our finance department by managing daily bookkeeping tasks and ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks

    Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

    Perform regular bank reconciliations

    Process accounts payable and receivable

    Generate financial reports and summaries as needed

    Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

    Maintain and organize digital and physical financial documents

    Assist with audits and tax preparations

    Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role

    Proficient in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and Microsoft Excel

    Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting

    High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

    Preferred Skills:

    Experience with payroll processing

    Prior experience in a small business or service-based industry
