The Mission of Your Role
To drive the development of one business unit by providing inspired, values-centered leadership to a small team. You are accountable for success across the 3 disciplines of operations, sales & marketing, and finance & administration. Responsible for ensuring that the business operates profitably and meets its stated objectives.
A strong leader knows how best to prioritize new opportunities, including delegating tasks or directing agendas to drive progress and limitless growth.
The Job Title?
Who cares. As a small business executive in an organization focused on expansion and making big things happen, we might call you “General Manager” or “Director of Operations” or “C.E.O.” The role will only be as big as you make it.

Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
