House Services We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated person to join our team for the detailed set up and cleaning of our historic Clubhouse for special events such as corporate parties, banquets, and weddings. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detain and be well organized. The objective of this position is to ensure that Members, Guests and Employees will enjoy a clean and safe Clubhouse and facilities upon arrival. Boonsboro Country Club offers a competitive pay rate, daily meal, and pleasant and beautiful work environment. Responsibilities Include: - Set-up and breakdown of the meeting and event rooms as outlined by the BEO - Maintain venue including vacuuming floors, cleaning walls, windows, mirrors, and anything else outlined by the manager - Ensure that all tables and decorations for banquets have been set properly according to the Event Manager - Ensure tables are covered with linen and/or skirted accorded to the event BEO - Proper care, movement, storage of all equipment such as tables, chairs, risers, dishes, etc. - Prepare room environment such as lighting and temperature - Represent Boonsboro Country Club with a positive and professional image - Adhere to all various written standards of operations within Boonsboro Country Club policies and procedures Requirements Include: - This job does demand that the employee be able to stand for long periods of time - This job requires physical activity and the ability to lift objects weighing over 20 pounds - Ability to communicate with Members, Guest, and Co-workers in a professional manner - Well organized and adept in problem solving - Good Attention to details - High School diploma or equivalent - Flexible schedule Job Type: Part-time
