    As a Health Insurance Agent / Medicare Sales Representative, you have a huge impact on the lives of the people you serve. You really feel like your purpose is to educate and serve those that are receiving Medicaid. With professionalism, you manage high-quality live transfers or qualified preset appointments with clients from across the country who are requesting information on the plans that we sell.

    You love that there is no cold calling, lead generation, or appointment-setting! The leads that you receive are high-quality, prescreened, and generated in-house. Using the excellent training that you have received, you skillfully present the options to each warm live-transfer lead and ultimately enroll them in the new plan that best suits their needs. You love that you always have new leads and feel great about making a positive difference in the lives of seniors!

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HEALTH INSURANCE AGENT / MEDICARE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    • Licensed for health & life insurance in CaliforniaORthe ability and motivation to become licensed
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Email
    • Phone skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Sales ability

    While we would prefer a licensed insurance agent, if you are a top sales producer, we are open to training you and supporting you in getting licensed. Do you have a positive attitude?     WORK SCHEDULE

    This full-time position with a flexible start time typically worksMONDAY - FRIDAY,7:00 AM - 4:00 PMor8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. During busy seasons we sometimes work Saturdays to accommodate needs (typically about 7 Saturdays a year).THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
