Boost Home Health Care is seeking health care professional RN (Registered Nurses)

Degree and Education Requirements

-RN License $60 to $150

Experience

• 1-5 years

Necessary Skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills, time management skills, great communicator, great listener, compassionate and patient, flexible, EMR, organized and detail oriented.

RN Responsibilities

Evaluation and skilled intervention

· Provides direct patient care and teaching.

Implement Plan of Care

Complete paperwork in a timely manner

Participate in the implementation of and properly identifying needed therapy’s

EMR

IV infusion

Medication administration

Injections

Wound Care - Including Wound Vac

Ostomy Care

Diabetic Care/Teaching

Blood Draw/ Lab work

Colostomy/IIeostomy, G-tube care and management

Cardiac Care, Including CHF management

Pain management

Pre and Post - Surgical Care

Report all changes to MD and office
