Job Summary
Helium Wireless LLC is seeking an energetic and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our Boost Mobile store in Frisco, TX. This leadership role is responsible for driving store performance, developing a high-performing sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in wireless, retail, or a commission-based environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams successfully.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will actively participate in sales while managing daily operations and team performance.
Duties
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
Drive revenue through effective sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.
Participate directly in sales activities including phones, plans, accessories, and upgrades.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees to maximize performance and retention.
Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and productivity to improve store performance.
Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure excellent service experiences.
Oversee POS operations, cash handling, deposits, and reporting accuracy.
Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Stay current on Boost Mobile products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications (Required)
Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Retail Sales Manager is REQUIRED.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven retail environment.
Basic computer skills and POS system experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred
Wireless, telecommunications, or electronics retail experience.
Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Experience managing commission-based teams.
