Just A Description… We are in search of a Sales Development Representative for our subsidiary company, Grow Team. This position will be based out of Lehi, Utah. This person will be responsible for outbound prospecting. The ideal person for this position should have experience in the sales field and is comfortable with an outbound role. *Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are currently a remote team. However, we are looking for a Utah-based candidate and will only be considering candidates who are currently living in Utah or planning on relocating soon. There will be work-from-home options following the end of the pandemic.

What You’ll Be Doing...

• Start the conversation with prospective leads by walking through the early stages of the sale
• Move leads through the pipeline onto the next level
• Setting up sales qualified appointments
• Calling prospective leads and qualify which leads to pursue
• Understand our company's service in order to communicate it effectively
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Gather information about the client
• Provide prospective clients with further knowledge about our products and services we offer to build value and benefit to their business

What You’ll Need to Succeed...

• 1+ years of experience with over-the-phone customer service or sales
• Experience with door-to-door sales or cold calling
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to meet quotas and overcome objections and roadblocks
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks
• A passion for sales
• Grit and a winning-focused attitude
• Ability to be coached and to accept and act on feedback

Compensation: $24/hour base, plus commission.

Schedule: ​Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm

• This full-time position is eligible for benefits including; Health, Dental, Vision & 401k
• Regular and predictable attendance is required
