Occupational Summary:
This is a part-time, in office support position. Accounting assistant performs a variety of routine tasks supporting the accounting department. Accounting assistant works under supervision and receives specific and detailed instructions for required tasks and expected results.
Position requirements include:
Assist in document retention plans including scanning and file management
Weekly filing
Assist with project set-ups
Reporting using Excel
Data Entry
Performs basic functions of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must interface well with employees at all levels.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
