    Description

    The eCom Lead will be responsible for the design, consumer adaptation, growth and profitability, working collaboratively with all partners to execute a successful online channel. This position is responsible for the overall management and marketing of the eCom website on both a strategic and tactical day-day basis ensuring that all KPI’s are being delivered upon. In addition, they will lead the CRM, growth of customer database and strategies as they pertain to eCom.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for the eCom portion of the website’s content look and feel, branding experience, messaging, site features, information architecture and functionality.

    Partners with Buying and Planning to ensure optimal inventory in eCom channel to drive sales and deliver KPI’s encompassing traffic, conversion and average order value.

    Collaborate effectively with Marketing to ensure execution and success of cross-channel CRM marketing programs to drive revenues and traffic online and in stores.

    Oversee development and execution of on-line marketing strategies specific to the eCom business to improve usage, site conversion and traffic, and maximize ROI on eCom marketing spend.

    Partners,collaborates, implements online tools and innovations to grow and improve eCom site.

    Leverages tools to drive traffic to the site and increases conversion rate.

    Analyze and report eCom sales, markdowns, gross profit and other KPIs and develop action plans to grow the business.

    Work with customer service to ensure that eCom/website related customer service issues have been addressed at brand standard service levels.

    Work collaboratively with partners to ensure that all eCom receipts are received on time, uploaded on site and accountable for all inventory issues. All opportunities are addressed.

    Participate in the development and document all standards, protocols and processes related to Bootlegger’s responsibilities for eCom product.

    Be the Subject Matter Expert for Bootlegger on Digital Best Practices in eCom

    Applicant Requirements

    5 years of digital experience in eCom & on-line marketing in a retail or multi-channel retail environment.

    Proven experience in a management capacity and one who is committed to train, develop, mentor and coach team members.

    Highly detailed, organized thinker who can strive in a fast pace environment, working with a variety of people while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

    Experience with Merchandise Systems, Commerce Manager, Google Analytics and other content management solutions an asset.

    Has a solid understanding in all aspects of sales, including business planning.

    Highly effective in communications both verbally and in writing.

    Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques.

    Strong in problem identification and problem resolution skills.

    Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with internal and external key business partners, store leaders and customers.
