SIGN INSTALLER POSITION SUMMARY:

Bootz & Duke Sign Co. is a premier full-service sign company that has been serving Arizona and National Accounts for 60 years. We have an immediate opening for a full-time, Sign Installer, preferably with a CDL class B. This is an installation apprenticeship, but some industry experience is preferred. To be considered, must have a flexible schedule and the ability for occasional in-state travel. We are looking for a dependable, flexible, quality-minded, team-player, who has the desire to learn and grow. Should have some background and familiarity working with tools, electrical/wiring, welding, etc. Comfortable working in tight spaces and in situations with heights. SIGN INSTALLER COMPENSATION:

This is a full-time, hourly position.

Pay range is $20.00 - $25.00 DOE.

Per diem for overnight company required travel.

Hotel room cost covered by company for required overnight travels.

Overtime in this position is likely.

SIGN INSTALLER DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

Duties will include installing pole signs, monument signs, LED and neon channel letters.

Previous sign installation experience is preferred but not a requirement.

We are willing to train the right candidate.

Have welding skills and electrical knowledge.

Be able to work in tight spaces (e.g., climb, crawl) and okay with heights to make sign installations, repairs, etc.

Crane Operators License and Welding Certification is a plus.

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for at least 5 years; 5-year MVR history is required.

This is for a fulltime position, Monday through Friday, with occasional nights and weekends.

Must be available to travel out of town within the state (Company pays for overnight hotel stays and offers per diem for company related travel).
