Location: 6405 Inducon Dr West, Sanborn, NY 14132

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time, Monday - Friday

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level IT Support specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in the IT field. As an Entry Level IT Support, you will provide technical assistance and support to our staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with IT-related projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers

· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications

· Assist with IT-related projects, including system upgrades and migrations

· Document and track support tickets using our ticketing system

· Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Strong interest in IT and technology

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Prior experience in IT support or customer service is a plus, but not required
