Overview:

Borg Rise US, located in Santa Monica, California, is a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) services and a Creator Agency Partner (CAP) that works with well-known brands with top-selling products to build and grow on TikTok Shop.

A subsidiary of Borg Rise China, a $1.5B global marketing agency that has a 10+ year working relationship with TikTok, Borg Rise US is expanding our focus internationally on Latin America. Latin America is TikTok’s fastest-growing region and engaging the Spanish-speaking audience is essential to maximize that continued growth.

We are seeking a savvy, motivated intern who can help us identify and grow our Spanish-speaking Creator Rising Community. This critical member of our team will research top GMV-generating engage with partner brands that work with Borg Rise on short video strategies, paid ads and promotions, working with our affiliate creators, and hosting live stream shopping.

What You Will Do:

Intern, Creator Development & Management

• Support the growth of Borg Rise’s Creator Rising Community by identifying, linking, and building relationships with Spanish-speaking creators who have high GMV potential across the Beauty, Fashion, Personal Care, Electronics, and Home categories.
• Share the value of working with Borg Rise and with creators and encourage them to join our Creator Rising Community of over 4000 affiliate creators.
• As a member of our community, creators receive expert guidance on how to be high GMV commission earners, they get to meet other creators and do collabs with weak-known brands with top-selling products.
• Liaise between client partners and creators as we launch and execute brand campaigns and affiliate video executions.
• Assist in creator strategy optimization, creator communication, and engagement, as well as creating marketing and other creative assets that elevate our brand positioning and value proposition to the creator community.
• Gain a deeper understanding of TikTok creator GMV, video performance, and audience growth data, and the backend operation of the TikTok Shop dashboard.
• Provide perspective and analysis of Gen-Z audience behaviors and characteristics to improve Borg Rise’s sales and audience data that influences and drives decision-making internally and externally for our client partners.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bilingual with fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• One year of professional experience either working Full or part-time, entrepreneurially, or as an intern.
• Must be a social media and social platform enthusiast. Experience as a content creator is a major plus.
• Aspirations to work in Digital, E-Commerce, Business Development, or Partnerships are preferred.
• Must have demonstrated experience working in customer service or with clients where being a skilled communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver was highly valued.
• We need someone with a high proficiency in technology, navigating social platforms, and data.
• Must enjoy and excel in project and organizational management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• This role is based in Santa Monica and will require in-office attendance; o30-40 hours per week; up to $25 per hour based on experience.
