Boring Mill Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficiently execute manufacturing plans and interpret prints for jobs of varying complexity without supervision.
• Operate a range of manual machines such as lathes, presses, grinders, and Bridgeport's.
• Maintain a high level of efficiency in all tasks.
• Adhere strictly to all Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and work instructions.
• Meet quality and production targets consistently.
• Lead and supervise a team of 3-5 individuals, offering clear direction and guidance.

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to interpret detailed blueprints effectively, including identifying specifications.
• Basic familiarity with geometric tolerances, recognizing relevant symbols.
• General understanding of tolerance standards.
• Ability to interpret basic sections and views depicted in blueprints.
• Familiarity with reference systems used in blueprint reading.

Experience Required:

3-10 years experience
