Responsibilities include:

• Responding to leads in a timely fashion, both by email and phone, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers throughout the car buying experience.

• Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track communication with customers.

• Developing and maintaining customer relationships with new and existing customers.

• Transitioning customers effectively from phone and internet contacts to a having great dealership buying experiences.

• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and top dealership CSI ratings.
