Job Description

Borton Petrini, LLP, a dynamic statewide A-V rated law firm, has an immediate opening in their Los Angeles office for a civil litigation/insurance defense associate attorney.

• 5 years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense

• Experience with attending court hearings, arbitrations and mediations

• Experience with taking and defending depositions

• Drafting discovery and contractual agreements.

• Strong writing and communication skills with clients and opposing counsel

• Trial experience is desired

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctorate

• California Bar membership

• Civil litigation and insurance defense experience
