We are looking for people who have experience working on a manual bar in a very fast pace, gourmet coffee, environment. Our ideal barista would be able to efficiently make hot, iced or blended drinks using the tools provided for them. This person would have to be knowledgeable in coffee, follow Bo's protocol, be a team player, and stay calm during our morning rushes. Other duties include: Batching cold brew Swapping kegs Batching drip coffees Restocking milks, syrups and beans Restocking paper goods Assisting other stations Answering the phone Handling cash Learning the menu to give recommendations to customers We are seeking people who can work weekends, have flexible schedules and are prepared to work hard and be part of a new rising business in the Huntington Beach community.
