Job Summary We are a growing artisan bread bakery located in Thousand Palms CA. We have been in business for over 40 years, and are a family owned and operated business. We are seeking Bakers. Must be able to commit to Sunday & Thursday 5am to 1pm OR Sunday & Thursday 1pm to 9pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ingredient Toppings/Scoring

Use Machinery according to guidelines

Prepping and Cleaning machines/area

Feed raw dough in to machine by weight

Prepare, clean, spray racks and trays

Qualifications:

Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment

Knowledge of food safety practices

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Team player

Available for early afternoon and evening shifts when needed
