    Job Description

    The mlab team is constantly challenging existing technologies and working on products that advance mobile topics; working to build products in the fields of mobile applications, robotics, AR/VR and IoT. The team is located out of the Bosch Chicago Connectory (in downtown Chicago) where they provide consulting to teams both internal and external to Bosch. Consulting activities center around new product ideation, User Experience activities, market validation, innovation business models and product life-cycle management. Team members also occasionally work from the Mt Prospect, IL office to attend department meetings, support projects and business partners located at the facility there.

    We are seeking an intern for the topic of Innovation Management where your responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and maintain social and online content
    • Support and validate the creation and usage of new innovation business models
    • Develop communication materials and internal collateral that is highly visible, dynamic, and intuituve
    • Perform competitive market analysis on a variety of products and verticals
    • Actively manage the internal social media platform for the department
    • Support customizing and facilitation of consulting workshops for internal and external teams  
    • Stay curious on emerging technologies and engage with startups sitting in at Chicago’s 1871 space and the Chicago Connectory
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from bachelor's program in Computer Science, business or related field
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Highly proactive and flexible, ability to work independently and multi-task
    • Experience organizing events and travel
    • Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
    • Ability to work with a diverse global team across both business and technical fields
    • Passionate about new technologies

    Additional Information

    To qualify for Bosch’s Domestic Internship Program, you must:

    • Be a full-time student or recent graduate (<6 months) at an accredited university
    • Maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA in a degreed program
    • Not now or in the future require sponsorship
