    Job Description

    As the Marketing and Digital Communication Specialist, you are responsible for developing and implementing the brand’s strategy, marketing, branding, and digital communication activities to effectively communicate and promote the products and solutions for our part in the automotive aftermarket industry. This includes online and offline content creation, managing campaigns and executing marketing support for product launches, media planning, lead management and managing execution metrics.

    You will also be responsible to:

    • Drive marketing and communications activities across Bosch, Robinair, OTC, and Actron branded products.
    • Collaborate with business and product area owners to develop, coordinate and manage marketing communications strategies in alignment with go-to-market strategy. Analyze brand funnel, develop and implement to improve brand preference and positioning.
    • Create and execute integrated marketing communication plans across various mediums including target audience, media selection, creative direction and budget management. Monitor and measure value and cost effectiveness.
    • Manage marketing metrics and dashboards, support lead generation and management programs.
    • Manage external creative agencies and vendors in the development of sales support materials including: sales collateral, advertising campaigns, messaging, etc.

    MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

    • Plan, write, and edit messaging content for a variety of internal and external communications mediums and applications.
    • Oversee advertising plan, content and calendar for national trade and customer publications.
    • Content maintenance of brand websites and relevant materials for sales intranet site.
    • Develop and maintain professional relationships with editors of industry publication. Support public relations plan and PR agency with new product introductions, press activities, industry content, influencer program, etc.
    • Support internal creative agency as needed with services including account management, content creation, financial tracking.

    DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS

    • Support growth and enhancement of brand presence in digital channels, including digital advertising, social media, email campaigns.
    • Contribute to and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, platform, and audience. Own the editorial social media calendar, create content that increases visibility of brand.
    • Utilize digital campaign and social media analytics to optimize effectiveness, increase audience / community engagement, and drive content strategy.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related field
    • 3-5 years of marketing, communications, brand management, and/or advertising experience.
    • Automotive or aftermarket industry background a plus
    • Demonstrated skills in working effectively in a cross-functional team environment
    • Experience with B2B and B2C marketing and advertising campaigns (inclusive of both online and offline communications), digital marketing and social media campaigns
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Previous experience with marketing data software and applications (Campaign Monitor, Google Analytics, Google Adwords etc.). Experience with social and digital marketing management platforms a plus
    • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation communication skills
    • Proactive, results-oriented and highly organized, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet required deadlines
