Qualifications
A successful candidate will have:
- Have a passion for providing impressive experiences that make deep emotional connections with consumers
- Strong Customer Service, Professionalism, positive attitude
- Creative, organized, attention to detail, proactive, leader, team player, coachable, takes direction well
- Comfortable addressing crowds small and large
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Curiosity for new live event and experiences technologies and ideas
- Minimum of a bachelor’s in marketing/public relations with a Junior/Senior status
- Ability to work on-site 2-3 days per week
- Travel is required
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Willing to work select weekends, after hours, long hours, and holidays as specific events require
- Experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience with Small/Large Scale Event planning (in-person, virtual and hybrid)
- Basic knowledge and experience with Trade Shows a plus
- Basic knowledge and experience with Canva a plus
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, A/V production, videography and photography a plus
