Meaningful hands on experience by working with HR Business Partners in the areas of: Associate Relations, Compensation, Staffing and Presentation to Executives

Opportunity to observe and actively participate in several facets of a business environment; including interaction with HR Business Partners and HR Service, Specialists in support of the HR Shared Service Structure.

Technical and/or professional development through structured training related to his/her field of study.

Opportunity to be considered for returning internships or future full time opportunities.

Qualifications

·         Pursuing BS/BA in Business, Management, HR or related field

• Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelors degree in HR, business, management (or equivalent degree) with at least one semester completed

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Good customer interface and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multi-task.

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
