Job Description

• Plan a Bosch internal engineering conference event.
• Coordinate speakers, conference sites, transportation, hotels, catering for the event.
• Manage event invitations and communication.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication or Public Relations
• Sophomore, Junior or Senior class standing students
• A minimum 3.0 GPA
• Eligible to work without sponsorship
• Assertive personality to reach out to conference sites, potential speakers, management, participants.
• Understanding of event planning, deadlines, and lead times.
• Able to anticipate logistics needs of large groups of people.
• Able to learn and use IBM Connections based information tools (Bosch Social Media).
• Must be 18 years or older
