    Job Description

    Job duties include:

    • Supporting logistics strategy and deriving yearly focus topics and improvements measures.
    • Provide the data aggregation, management, and visualization activities necessary to support the department’s function of analyzing and reporting logistic data to determine validity and resolution actions.
    • Responsible for system, process and material flow improvement.
    • Ensuring target achievement of assigned Supply Chain projects
    • Monitoring relevant KPIs, initiating and managing relevant processes/capabilities
    • Maintaining existing PowerBI dashboards
    • Developing data automation opportunities for existing business processes
    • Identifying opportunities to improve the value stream of Dremel based on data collected and analyzed.
    • Ensures application of procedures and processes to meet industry standards and best-in-class solutions
    • Provides transparency (risk & complexity) on ongoing activities to executive management
    • Coordinates system upgrades and implementation
    • Coordinate improvement projects in Dremel Value Stream.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Successful completed a Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, controlling/finance, supply chain or management information systems (a Master’s degree in either of the fields stated is advantageous)
    • Project management working experience is advantageous
    • Knowledgeable in current supply chain management concepts and software/tools
    • Results oriented
    • Strong comprehension and synthesis skills
    • Self-management independent projects
    • Assertive with strong communication/presentation skills
    • Intercultural competence (including working in international teams) and willingness to travel for worldwide activities and projects
    • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
