Job Description

• The position offers challenging assignments to undergraduate or graduate students, enhancing their understanding of automotive industry, new business model development and strategy, as well as offering them opportunities to develop and practice their analytical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
• Conduct research and analysis about industry, competitors, customers, and sales channel to identify new avenues for growth
• Assist with the execution of growth initiatives and projects
• Assist in strategic planning
• Take a structured approach in problem solving
• Build and maintain strong relationship with cross-functional stakeholders
• Present to and interact with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Current student pursing a BA/BS. Business Management or Entrepreneurship major preferred
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unofficial transcript required at time of application to confirm cumulative GPA)
• Must demonstrate initiative, flexibility and good follow-up skills
• Ability to be highly organized, energetic, and collaborative with attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Able to work 35 – 40 hours per week for up to 6 months
• Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship (no J1, F1 or OPT visa holders)
