  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Responsibilities include supporting the direct sales of Bosch Power Solutions Thermal Systems products (HVAC motors, Engine Cooling Modules, and Pumps & Valves) to automotive OEM & Tier 1 customers. You will be supporting the sales team responsible to manage current production business and grow the business operating within our regional and global teams.

    • Support the development of strong customer relationships around the product and services we offer
    • Work on selling strategies for approaching new applications and vehicle technologies
    • Develop targeted messaging and value propositions
    • Assist customer acquisition opportunity tracking, reporting and business planning using a CRM tool. (Salesforce)
    • Support product engineering change approvals for Bosch's customers
    • Track and assist timely resolution of accounts receivable issues
    • Work with the sales team in the preparation of presentation of sales quality gate reviews (SE2, SE3, SE4) to senior leadership
    • Collaborate with Global Customer Teams in terms of commercial agreements and product alignment
    • Support customer capacity planning process (analysis of customer and product demand in excel data base: merge diverse data files)
    • Track & report key business processes indicators (KPIs) using Microsoft office tools.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing
    • 1 year of post-secondary school
    • Availability for 1 year internship (long duration)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Flexibility to work with multiple customers and projects concurrently.
    • Strong communication skills with a passion for customer interaction
    • Works well in a team environment as well as independently
    • Knowledge to understand technical issues well enough to discuss them intelligently with other team members and effectively communicate relevant specifics to non-technical customers
    • Highly organized, with excellent presentation skills
