    Job Description

    The busness coordinator is responsible for supporting General Manager of ITK Engineering LLC (ITKG/RBR-NA), in the execution of daily business activities as well as special assignments.

    This position offers the opportunity to interact and network internationally and cross functionally with leadership, while gaining exposure to a multitude of topics managed by ITKG/RBR-NA office.

    Essential duties and responsibilities include:

    • Maximize efficiency of ITKNA leadership and establish highly organized systems.
    • Support creation, coordination and documentation of agendas, content for leadership meetings including staff meetings, workshops, audits, global coordination meetings, Board of Directors (BoD) meetings, and meetings incl. accounting, legal, etc.
    • Support strategy, customer relations, sales and business development activities.
    • Support communications platforms / social media presence for ITKNA
    • Coordinate general activities with groups such as HR, Comms, FCM, CI, etc.
    • Take on special tasks / projects as needed.
    • Support to coordination and compliance to corporate policies
    • Support ITKNA with presentation material, team events, consistent communications including initiatives like Next Generation Workplace (NGW), Inspiring Work Conditions (IWC), Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), Target Business Plan (TBP), Current Forecast (CF), Monthly Business Review (MBR), Project / KPI Calculation and Personnel Capacity reporting
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Business or Engineering field

    • 0-2 years of professional experience preferably in engineering services industry

    • High level of self-motivation, a passion for change and drive for success.

    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to work well across functional disciplines and to develop and maintain strong networks

    • Strong time management, organization, and analytical skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to interact well with people of different levels and backgrounds.
