Job Description

In this position you will support the Supply-Chain-Management, procurement and tracking of purchases for corporate research departments. The candidate will, interact with the orderer and all involved parties (external and internal) on, maximize customer satisfaction by efficiently and timely processing all incoming requests and at the same time complying with the related Bosch-Guidelines and Processes.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Support Procurement Operations: Initiating and fully Processing of all Purchasing Tasks:
  • Early Involvement in the concept phase, Request for Quotation (RfQ), Sourcing Decision according to Material Field Strategy, Supplier Evaluation/Negotiation and Contract
  • New Vendor Setup/Extension
  • Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order Creation
  • Process capital orders in SAP
  • Assuring Order Delivery through the Supplier, Goods Receipt in the System as well as Invoice Payment
  • Logistical Support for inbound/outbound freight and set-up of equipment
  • Help Desk for Associates
  • Training and Continuous Improvement (Process Improvement and Associate-Training for the Provider) in alignment with central purchasing department.
• Supplier Relationship Management, Compliance and Contract Management (NDAs, Agreements, etc.)
• Analytics and Intelligence:
  • Spend Analytics and Reporting
  • Project material cost tacking
  • Maintaining correctness of Approval Set-up in the systems according to Signature Regulations
  • P-Card Audit Reporting and Tracking
  • Lease-Management for Non-Standard Equipment
  • Regular communication to the orderer on updates in processes, news, trainings, etc.
• Ad Hoc support of facilities support team in various functions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Associates Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $70,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
