Job Description

The Integrated Marketing Communications Intern will be responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of Dremel's communication campaigns. This role will manage online and offline media, social and influencer efforts to support brand and product launch initiatives.  Responsibilities include:

•    Social Analytics - Monitoring & Reporting •    Social Listening - Monitoring, Platform Management & Reporting •    Social Strategy Support •    Blog & Copywriting Support •    Online Community Management Support •    Graphic Design and Video Editing •    Other Duties as Assigned

QUALIFICATIONS A successful candidate will have: •    A collaborative attitude; a willingness to take direction from teammates and business unit leaders. •    Outstanding organizational, prioritization and time management skills. •    Ability to handle multiple projects effectively without compromising quality of work. •    Capacity to work individually on a project or in a team environment. •    Ability to switch mindset across multiple target user types. •    Strong communication skills, ensuring project progression is communicated to stakeholders. •    Ability and desire to work on short-term and long term projects.

REQUIREMENTS •    Minimum of three years of education in relevant field •    Full-time availability •    3.0 or above GPA •    Strong verbal and written communication skills •    Ability to work on several projects simultaneously •    Creative drive to bring new ideas and concepts to the business •    Proactively identify opportunities •    Experience with Microsoft Office, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube •    Experience with writing search-engine-optimized blogs •    Experience with email marketing  •    Experience with video and graphic design tools such as Adobe Premier, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop a plus
