Job Description
Responsible for the technical problem-solving program as the on-site expert.
· Lead/champion the site’s transition to a sustainable, converging problem-solving culture.
· Lead, coach, and mentor problem solving teams to resolve complex technical problems via identification and elimination of Technical Root Causes (TRC) and Managerial Root Causes (MRC).
· Plan, mentor, and track the development of associates as converging problem solvers and problem-solving leaders/sponsors in strategic and structured methodologies such as Bosch PS, Shainin/Red-X, KT, Six Sigma, etc.
· Identify, track, and report program KPIs to senior leadership. Lead regular executive leadership reviews of the site problem solving program’s project status, impact, and associate development.
· Coordinate information sharing across value stream organizations, line organizations, and Bosch Powertrain Solutions plants.
· Coach and mentor site leadership in systematic methods to select/identify high impact projects to achieve business objectives.

This associate will report to RBNA/EPS but will be based out of the KwP facility.
