    Job Description

    BUSINESS AND STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITY

    • Establish and Manage strategic relationships with top clients and C-level executives, with an objective to drive initiatives and go to market plan to complement and support lines of Bosch IT services business in Product Engineering, Software Platforms, Medical Devices and IOT space.
    • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting within the Provider & Health System sector.
    • Define and implement territory sales plans that strategically build a network of key clients and advocates and extend market reach.
    • Collaborate with diverse teams to develop a deep understanding of markets / customers, identify gaps and help build right set of services and business models.
    • Meet Business goals and targets for the linked services in terms of Revenue and profitability
    • Align actions to Department and Company Vision, Mission, strategy and objectives.

    INTERFACES AND INFLUENCING

    • Build a strong internal network and align key players to support the delivery of value to our customers and execute deals.
    • Initiate collaboration with Sr. Account Executive and internal partners to validate and execute the Account Strategy and deal execution.
    • Work with support teams to manage operational issues such as fulfilment, partner relationships, legal and other compliances related topics
    • Define and conduct market research to gain better understanding about user behavior and competition
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must be a sales engineer experience in technology and IT consulting projects in Healthcare domain.
    • Identify suitable opportunities and develop plans to strategically engage with Clients.
    • Perform quantitative analysis, and develop proposals and SOW, Contract negotiations, MSA and Closure, either assisting a larger team or as an individual contributor.
    • Experience in Account planning and ability to identity right contacts, create opportunities for Account mining.
    • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed - Have high energy to lead
    • Confident and clear communicator 
    • Approach concepts and business challenges with objectivity
    • Strong Interpersonal and people facing skills

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • BA/BS degree in a technical, life sciences or engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 10 years of experience in business development, partnership development, or related endeavor.
    • 6 years of experience in strategic sales and marketing function in healthcare IT consulting services.
    • Industry Knowledge of Medical quality standards and relevant regulatory frameworks.
    • Entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful, self-starter in a fast-paced environment
    • Able to travel up to 75%

     

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • Experience with various onsite and offshore development models.
