Job Description
This is a high-level collaborative customer facing opportunity to be a part of the People Acquisition Campus (PAC) for North America. Our Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABP) are the key points of contact for senior leadership within the business. Together, they analyze, forecast and strategize for future talent demands.
This is a hybrid role which will require in-person office time. The location and amount of time is dependent on the business unit(s) which the TABP supports. The TABP partners with the PAC Lead to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) are continually measured & shared with divisional business partners, human resources partners and outsourced partners.
The TABP and the PAC recruitment marketing lead collaborate to create Bosch employee value proposition (EVP) content as well as strategy for social and market specific campaigns. The fulfillment of these strategies to maintain Bosch as an employer of choice are continually measured & shared with business leaders by the TABP. The results are analyzed, and campaigns calibrated to drive better results. This includes aligning expectations and deliverables with business leaders and process owners across the organization.
The successful candidate will drive workforce planning, partner with recruitment marketing, and utilize business intelligence to implement & sustain talent transformations across the North American region whilst working in close collaboration/coordination with both regional and global talent acquisition expert organizations to align the operations with the overall talent acquisition business strategy.
