As a Product Manager of Cross-Domain Computing’s Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, you will lead and support development and execution of customer-led, future-proof product portfolio strategies, including for North American growth fields of ADAS sensors, components and base software. You will also support customer demonstrations and events for new Bosch innovations.

Responsibilities include:

• Support alignment of marketing, engineering, commercial and manufacturing teams to develop product strategies that bring profitable growth, aligned with corporate targets
• Drive cost savings initiatives and support change management, aligned with engineering, manufacturing and sales
• Lead and support hardware and components product roadmaps, strategy, manufacturing and innovation processes
• Develop industry intelligence and analyze impact of disruption on ADAS business through benchmarking, competitive analysis, customer insight and industry trends
• Support customer presentations, including demonstrations, events and demo fleet build-up and maintenance
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities, deal with complex situations, provide problem resolutions, have a future orientation and remain flexible under pressure

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical, mechanical or computer engineering or relevant technical degree
• 5 years of experience in automotive, technology, sensor, manufacturing or semiconductor industry
• 3 years of experience in automated driving or driver assistance industry
• Experience with market analysis
• Experience with cost-down initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, media and event experience preferred
• Leadership experience (cross functional and/or global)
