The corporate HR talent acquisition team for North America is looking for a high performing HR manager with 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting. The chosen candidate will have responsibility for all staffing topics as it relates to the talent acquisition lifecycle.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop central staffing strategies; leverage data to make informed business decisions that support priority management with recruiter network and staffing vendors
    • Manage staffing related vendors, including RPO (Recruitment Partner Outsourcing), to align expectations to strategies, drive efficiencies and optimize performance through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
    • Lead for designing, installing, enabling and optimizing regional staffing standards, policies and process improvements with an emphasis on candidate experience
    • Regional ATS (Applicant Tracking System) lead for system process documentation and performance / utilization optimization. Act as liaison to global system owner to provide feedback and input. Set and deploy standards within the region to optimize performance and data.
    • Align the recruiter network on best practices and leverage network to drive efficiencies, install standards and reach of KPIs (global and regional)
    • Act as a consultant and SME (Subject Matter Expert) in staffing processes, the talent acquisition lifecycle, staffing compliance topics and related industry best practices   
    • Continuously assess processes to identify areas for process improvement and partner with peers, recruiters, & vendors to design and implement solutions
    • Manage talent acquisition data to identify areas of opportunity and make data driven decisions in staffing areas of the talent acquisition lifecycle

    • UX (User Experience), CIP (Continuous Improvement Process), & critical thinking mindset
    • Business acumen

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
    • Bachelor’s degree

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Degree discipline in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field
    • Experience in developing policy and processes to support staffing operations
    • Proficiency with ATS recruiting systems; including day to day process operations and how best to achieve optimization
    • Understanding of full talent acquisition lifecycle (workforce planning, attracting, etc.) for alignment and optimization to support staffing
    • Staffing agency, RPO (Recruitment Partner Outsourcing) or corporate recruiting experience
    • Ability to interpret and use data as the basis of decisions  
    • Strong attention to detail and to process orientation
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with peers and all levels of management
    • Proven experience in project management and change management
