Job Description
This position includes system engineering responsibilities of electric power steering (EPS) system. The ideal candidate would be highly self-motivated and have the willingness to dive right in to the exciting mechatronic world of EPS. You will work directly with a comprehensive development team including mechanical design engineers, software developers, application / calibration engineers and fellow project managers to develop project specific solutions for driver assistance and/or automated driving technologies.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Develop system requirements and system architecture to satisfy the customer, safety, and applicable standards and regulations. • Lead the analysis of new customer requirements sets against Bosch system requirements, develop compliance statements, and present it to the customer. • Lead requirements clarification and definition for steering functionalities. • Prepare and conduct internal and stakeholder driven reviews. • Ensure close cooperation with the software architects and developers for deriving requirements and design. • Provide support for validation activities and issue resolution. • Interact with the cross functional teams including validation to ensure full traceability and fulfillment of the requirements.
