Job Description

The Process Technician responsibilities include sampling, data collection, data analysis, laboratory testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting process operations, as well as other tasks relating to Research & Development and laboratory activities.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering preferred. Coursework in chemistry or biochemistry is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with technical writing experience.
• Must be able to effectively multi-task and work on several assignments simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel. Coursework in statistical analysis preferred.
• Previous lab and/or industrial related experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in various environments including indoor laboratory, indoor and outdoor production operating areas and outdoors (sometimes inclement weather) to gather samples and perform general duties.
• Ability to navigate stairwells, platforms and walkways in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work occasional off hours for permit related requirements.

Additional Information

• The Process Technician is a salaried position. Pay range is $46k to $56k per year depending on experience and education.
