Job Description

• Participate in internal and external (vendor) meetings to become familiar with benefit offerings and support the day to day administration
• Maintain and improve processes for billing, funding, account reconciliations, budget analysis and forecasting
• Support in launching automation of monthly allocation and chargeback costs to various business units, as well as 401k funding process.  
• Assist in employee benefit plan audits related to pensions and 401k by obtaining support from SAP, vendor reports, plan amendments, and reconciliations of plan data.
• Analyze data integrity of plans and participants, provide and implement solutions

Preferred:

Ability to work 30 hours or more per week

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field; Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
• Must be minimum age of 18
• Strong written, verbal communication, and proven ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proficient in MS Office: A strong focus in Excel is required
• Passion for Intellectual curiosity, initiative and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated organization skills and attention to details         
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently
