Job Description

The Office of the Executive Vice President of Mobility for the Americas region is looking for an intern to support in the execution of daily business activities and special assignments.

This position offers the opportunity to interact and network cross-functionally with senior leadership, while gaining exposure to a multitude of topics managed by the office.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Support in
  • Content creation for leadership documents and presentations
  • Agenda planning, data collection and presentation development for internal and external meetings
  • Executive visit planning
  • Management of communication platforms/social media presence for EVP of mobility
  • Coordinate general activities with various functional areas including HR, communications, product management, etc.
  • Leading special projects
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in related discipline (Marketing/Advertising) with at least one semester completed
• Some knowledge of automotive industry preferred
• Minimum preferred overall GPA of at least 3.0
• Minimum 18 years of age
