Job Description
Qualifications
Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines (Mechanical , Electrical , Mechatronics, Controls) with at least one semester completed
Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
Minimum 18 years of age
Understanding of engineering fundamentals.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Test prototypes and write reports to document results
Basic knowledge of CAD (NX, Pro-E, AutoCAD or other packages)
Develop basic detail and assembly drawings for products and equipment
Proficient with hands on skills (cutting, forming, fabricating, brazing, welding)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills
Ability to perform mechanical design calculations
Ability to perform basic design modifications
Experience in some of the following areas
Prior knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
Prior experience operating powered industrial truck (e.g. electric pallet jack, forklift) is a plus
