    Job Description

    The Dremel Retail Marketing Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting activities for our top retail partners in North America, both brick/mortar and e-commerce. The role includes a combination of in-store and online projects, such as:

    • Assists with in-store merchandising implementation for product launches, transitions and everyday replenishment
    • Supports the in-field sales team with merchandising component replenishment
    • Helps in organizing, optimizing, and submitting content, both images and copy, on retail web sites
    • Supports in the creation and execution of brand initiatives supporting product launches
    • Works with cross functional teams to coordinate online reviews
    • Support and optimization of merchandising warehouse operations
    • Other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Currently enrolled in or have graduated within the last six months from an accredited marketing program, at least junior status
    • Team player
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
    • Creative drive to bring new ideas and concepts to the business
    • Proactively identify opportunities
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
    • Willingness to learn about e-commerce
    • Willingness to learn about Retail Marketing
    • Must be able to successfully complete a drug screen and a background check.
    • Position only open to students with US work authorization who will not now, nor in the future, require sponsorship
