Job Description

In a role of ServiceNow Developer / Integrator you will be responsible for complex business problem analysis, documentation and programming of the solution on ServiceNow platform, including integration with backend legacy systems, with focus on Now Intelligence.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Analyze customer requirements and show possible implementation variants in the system
• Design the technical implementation of the Order-To-Fulfillment and Operations-to-Satisfaction value streams and ensure a smooth integration of the systems involved and thus an efficient system environment
• Design and develop scalable and reliable components of ServiceNow framework with focus on API interfaces and Now Intelligence module
• Document detailed design, functional, and technical specifications
• Provide technical knowledge and support to other service developers
• Cooperate using Agile project management methods to work on requirements
• Work collaboratively with teams across multiple time zones and locations

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or the equivalent
• 3+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow software engineer with hands on Now Intelligence module
• 3+ year experience in database (MSSQL)
• Knowledge about Java, RestAPI is a plus
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning, NLP
• Experience deploying micro-service architecture, applications, and supporting services
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies through self-learning
• Strong communication and writing skill (English)
