Job Description

Support the North American Sales Quality Team with the processing of customer warranty returns from the field.  Activities include initial inspection, pre-analysis, and documenting the customer return into the Bosch parts return database.  Customers include GM, Ford, and FCA.  In some cases, the customer returns are reviewed at the customer return centers in Warren, Dearborn, and Auburn Hills.  Training and daily direction will be provided by the Senior Quality Technician team.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years automotive experience in a technical role.

Education: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business with at least one semester completed. Junior or Senior class standing preferred. A minimum 3.0 GPA.

Other Skills: Experience with portable test equipment, solid computer and data entry skills. Experience with automotive systems and problem-solving skills is a plus.
