Job Description
WHAT'S THE GOAL
Work closely with the Commercial Sales, Training and Engineering teams to assist in the development of tools that aid proper product selection and training to effectively serve our customers
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
· Working closely with our training team to develop the technical documentation for the applications team.
· Coordinating virtual training sessions through partnership with the administrator – ensuring that sessions are scheduled and registrations are set up in the portal
· Assisting the development of CEU accredited training sessions
· Collaborate on a program that is developing a technical tool to assist the end user with the product selection
· Analyzing win-loss data and current engineering program activities to make recommendations for changes/improvement to the quoting process.
.· Developing presentations that analyze sales and marketing activities and results, key metrics, KPIs, campaign tracking and achievements and ad hoc strategic analysis.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Junior or Senior level coursework in college (Major in Engineering, Business, and/or Marketing)
Strong techical writing skills
Effective communication written and verbal skills
Strong organization skills – managing small projects or multiple tasks
Moderate understanding of Excel (Ability to run basic commands and merge data)
PREFERRED: Experience with business intelligence software
Additional Information
Hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
Local candidates only.
Availability to work during the school year.
