Job Description
Conduct advanced R&D research for interactive mixed reality research, with focus on real-time human machine interaction (HMI)
Investigate user experience and user studies for Mixed Reality applications
Apply research results to real-world applications with high quality implementation
Integrate the resulting system/software into existing Bosch platform
Summarize research findings in high-quality publications and/or patent submissions
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Hands-on experience working with HoloLens or other AR glasses.
Solid C++/C# programming skills, knowledge in python and/or other languages is a plus.
Experience in human participant experiments
Front end UI design and programming skills
Ph.D. student or advanced Master or Undergraduate student in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering or related fields (Must be a current student or recent graduate – less than 1 year)
Able to work independently, has strong research and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in working organizing and conducting publication quality user studies.
Experience on developing and maintaining automatic user study systems for NLP applications
Strong system and/or graphics programming skills, Cloud based server and client system development skill is also a plus
