Job Description

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • Support Project Managers/Engineers/Technicians with their daily work in the areas of:
    • Validation and Verification Project Planning, Tracking, and in some cases execution related topics
    • Support in Process Improvement and Documentation
    • Support or help organize lab related topics
    • Support in Sample Coordination
    • Database management and support
    • Requirements Management and Test Case Creation/Support

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university
• Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Passion for engineering
• History/Training or Education for Project Management and Related Activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Tool Suite

Additional Information

• Advanced Experience with MS Project, Excel, and PowerBI
• Experience regarding Release Schedules, Testing, & Test Cases
• Experience supporting rapid Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Troubleshooting of Issues
• Experience working with Global Development Teams to Resolve Hardware, Software, or Mechanical issues & Ensure Specification Requirements
• Experience with Standard Defect Management & Test Management Systems
• Aptitude to follow previously established guidelines to provide high quality results
• Highly motivated and accountable for assigned tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills & able to have critical communication with OE customer
• Problem solving attitude
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work in a global organization
